Accessibility at TechShare Pro

In-person event 

There is step-free access to the conference venue, 10 Union Street. The main conference sessions will take place on the venue’s 3rd floor, which is accessible via a lift. 

Breakout sessions will take place on the venue’s 1st floor, which is accessible via a lift and an internal staircase. 

The venue has accessible toilet facilities, but there is no hoist onsite.  

Live captions will be available for all sessions on screen and with a URL for accessing on your own device.  

British Sign Language (BSL) interpretation will be provided for all sessions.  

A quiet room is also available. The event team onsite will be able to advise on the location of the quiet room. 

A sight-guide or event buddy can be arranged for attendees, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Online event 

The sessions from TechShare Pro will be livestreamed to Performedia’s accessible player. 

Live captions and BSL interpretation are available on all main conference sessions. 

Online-only networking sessions will have automated captions.
